Amazing Seaside Race - An exciting way to discover our local Seaside attractions! It's a terrific, fun way to explore our beach community and gain some appreciation for our rich history and diverse coastal activities. If you've ever seen the TV show, its an elaborate scavenger hunt played on a daily basis. Our Seaside adventurers are given a set of 8 clues which will ensure they visit places of interest or beauty not always found by the average visitor to Seaside. Participants can rent a golf cart, a surrey bike (which can seat up to 6 people), ride a regular bike, run or walk. Participants then snap a picture at each location to prove they were there and or have completed the task and then check in with Hotel staff, who will record both their start time, and their finish time. It's been a great family activity for both parents and their children of all ages. The winners will be posted at the designated time at the end of the day. Good Luck and happy hunting!

Bonfires on the Beach - Create a family tradition and enjoy spectacular Oregon sunsets and the glorrious outdoors next to a warm and toasty fire. (weather permitting) Be sure to check at the front desk for more information.

Open House - Daily from 1 - 4 PM. Fully furnished Condo-Hotel suite available for viewing.

Aug 30 Was the "Stars Play" Concert in the Park - Attendees enjoyed a free concert in the park featuring Fat Brando

Aug 30 - Sep 1 Civil War Battles & Life styles of the time. Participants relived a critical time in US history, Civil War battles and life styles of the time. An outstanding entertaining and educational experience for the entire family. Sponsored by Ft. Stevens State Park and the Friends Of Old Fort Stevens.

Aug 25 highligted a FREE Concert by - The United States Air Force Band of the Golden West at the Seaside Civic & convention center.

Anniversary Party - August 24th. Celebrants marked the Rivertide Suites one year Anniversary by enjoying a summer BBQ with us.

Aug 22 - Aug 24 Hood to Coast Run - Thousands of Runners and Walkers from Mt Hood to the coast in relay race. On the Beach there will be Music, Beer Garden and Vendors with Food and Drinks.

VIP Weekend - August 15 & 16th - Prospective owners had a chance to meet and talk with current owners, explore how the rental program works with Hotel staff, and talk with our developer and hotelier, Terry Bichsel. Our guests enjoyed a bonfire on the beach and the kids made smores. A new record time was set in the Amazing Seaside Race by the Hardy family and dinner at
Yummy was, well yummy!
